About the role

Own the revenue tech stack, reporting, and pipeline hygiene. As a mid sales professional at Brightloop, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.

Fully remote across APAC time zones.

What you'll do

  • Own sales initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Work with modern tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Forecasting, Automation.
  • Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
  • Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience at the mid level in sales.
  • Hands-on skills with Salesforce, HubSpot, Forecasting.
  • Excellent written English and strong async communication.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
