Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles worldwide. As a mid people professional at Greenline Health, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.
Fully remote across Europe with CET-friendly overlap.
What you'll do
- Own people initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: Sourcing, ATS, Interviewing, Employer Brand.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the mid level in people.
- Hands-on skills with Sourcing, ATS, Interviewing.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
