Design and automate the internal processes of a remote-first company. As a mid operations professional at Northwind Labs, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.
Fully remote, open to candidates in any country.
What you'll do
- Own operations initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: Process Design, Automation, KPIs, Remote Ops.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the mid level in operations.
- Hands-on skills with Process Design, Automation, KPIs.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
