About the role
Own a portfolio of B2B accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. As a mid support professional at Northwind Labs, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.
Fully remote, open to candidates in any country.
What you'll do
- Own support initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: Onboarding, Renewals, B2B, CRM.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the mid level in support.
- Hands-on skills with Onboarding, Renewals, B2B.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
