About the role

Own a portfolio of B2B accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. As a mid support professional at Northwind Labs, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.

Fully remote, open to candidates in any country.

What you'll do

  • Own support initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Work with modern tools: Onboarding, Renewals, B2B, CRM.
  • Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
  • Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience at the mid level in support.
  • Hands-on skills with Onboarding, Renewals, B2B.
  • Excellent written English and strong async communication.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
